Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your email address (for login), your property addresses and gate codes (so we can forward them to your cleaner), and your cleaners' names and phone numbers (so we can send them dispatch SMS). We also fetch your Airbnb/VRBO calendar feeds to detect turnovers.

How we use it

We use this data only to operate the service: detect turnovers, send dispatch SMS to your cleaner, log responses, and notify you of issues. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Subprocessors

We use Supabase (database + auth), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each handles data per their own privacy policies.

Cleaner consent & opt-out

By adding a cleaner's phone number, you confirm you have their consent to receive turnover SMS from TurnoverPilot. Cleaners can reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.
