TurnoverPilot reads your booking calendar and, when a guest checks out, automatically texts the cleaner with the address, gate code, and time to clean by. The cleaner replies DONE when finished. If no DONE arrives before your alert window, you get a missed-confirmation alert by SMS.
If the cleaner doesn't reply DONE before your configured alert time, you receive a missed-confirmation alert by SMS. This lets you follow up directly before the next guest arrives. The reminder text itself is sent on turnover day, so you have time to react if something falls through.
