Terms of Service

The service

TurnoverPilot is a cleaner coordination and reminder tool for short-term rental hosts. The service reads calendar feeds you provide, sends SMS reminders to designated cleaners on turnover days, collects cleaner replies, and can alert the host when a cleaner has not replied by the configured deadline. We are not property management software, a cleaner marketplace, or a cleaning verification service.

Acceptance of these terms

You accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy by checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" box on the sign-in page before requesting an email verification code. You cannot create or access a TurnoverPilot account without checking that box. If you do not agree, do not check the box and do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

SMS reminders and cleaner consent

By adding a cleaner phone number, you confirm that the cleaner works with you and has agreed to receive turnover-related SMS messages from TurnoverPilot. Cleaners can opt out by replying STOP or another supported opt-out keyword. If a cleaner opts out, you are responsible for coordinating with them outside TurnoverPilot unless they provide renewed consent through a support-assisted process.

TurnoverPilot SMS messages are operational reminders and alerts tied to your properties, bookings, cleaner assignments, and configured alert deadlines. Message frequency varies by booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Cleaners may reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Calendar data

You are responsible for providing accurate calendar export links and property details. Calendar feeds may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or changed by the calendar provider. TurnoverPilot uses this data to detect likely turnovers, but you remain responsible for checking your bookings and cleaning schedule.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew monthly at the displayed price unless cancelled. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the billing provider states otherwise. Stripe processes billing information for TurnoverPilot.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have permission to share each cleaner's phone number with us.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of property names, addresses, access notes, deadlines, and iCal URLs you provide.
• You are responsible for monitoring your actual bookings and guest readiness.
• You are responsible for verifying that cleaning was completed.

DONE replies

A DONE reply is a self-reported cleaner confirmation. It does not prove that a clean happened, that the work met any standard, or that a property is guest-ready. TurnoverPilot helps coordinate and surface exceptions; it does not inspect properties or verify work.

Limits of liability

TurnoverPilot is provided "as is." We try to make reminders and alerts reliable, but we do not guarantee uptime, SMS delivery, carrier behavior, calendar availability, cleaner response, cleaning quality, or legal compliance for your specific operation. We are not liable for missed cleanings, guest complaints, lost revenue, property issues, or related damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
