What we collect

• Your authentication email address so you can sign in.
• Property names, addresses, access notes, and turnover alert settings you enter.
• Calendar export URLs, booking timing, and detected turnover dates from connected calendar feeds.
• Cleaner names, phone numbers, consent records, and opt-out status.
• SMS logs, delivery metadata, and cleaner replies such as DONE, HELP, or STOP.
• Billing status and customer identifiers from Stripe. Stripe stores and processes payment details.
• Support messages you send to us, including any troubleshooting details you include.

How we use it

We use this data to operate TurnoverPilot: authenticate hosts, detect turnover timing, send cleaner SMS reminders, log cleaner responses, raise host alerts, manage billing, and answer support requests. We do not sell cleaner or property data.

Subprocessors

We use Supabase (database + auth), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each handles data per their own privacy policies.

SMS consent & opt-out

Cleaners opt in directly. When a host adds a cleaner, TurnoverPilot sends that cleaner a one-time confirmation text; the cleaner must reply YES before any automated turnover messages are sent to them. Hosts opt in for their own alert number by entering it in Settings and checking the SMS consent box. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out immediately, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates, and we never use them for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. They are used solely to operate the TurnoverPilot turnover messaging described above.

Calendar URLs and property details

Calendar URLs can expose booking timing to anyone who has the link. Treat them like sensitive operational data. TurnoverPilot stores and uses them only to run calendar sync and turnover detection for your account.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, calendar, cleaner, SMS, support, and billing records as needed to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain accurate billing records. Contact support if you need help with account or data deletion.
