SMS consent flow
TurnoverPilot sends operational SMS messages for short-term rental turnover coordination. Hosts add cleaners they already work with, confirm consent, and use SMS to send cleaning reminders, collect DONE replies, and receive missed-confirmation alerts.
Who opts in
The SMS recipient is the cleaner or cleaning contact for a property. The host confirms the cleaner works with them and has agreed to receive TurnoverPilot turnover SMS messages.
Where opt-in happens
Opt-in is collected inside the logged-in TurnoverPilot dashboard when a host adds a cleaner. The cleaner form includes an unchecked required checkbox with this language:
Above the checkbox, the form also tells hosts that message frequency varies by booking activity, message and data rates may apply, and cleaners can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Message content
Cleaner messages identify TurnoverPilot or the host's property context, include turnover details, and instruct the cleaner to reply DONE when finished. Operational reminders include HELP and STOP instructions.
Opt-out and help
Cleaners can reply STOP to opt out of TurnoverPilot turnover SMS messages. They can reply HELP for help. Opted-out cleaners are blocked from further TurnoverPilot SMS dispatches unless they provide renewed consent through support.
Data sharing
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for TurnoverPilot SMS messages are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
