The service

TurnoverPilot reads short-term rental calendars, sends SMS to designated cleaners on turnover days, and logs their replies. We are a notification tool — we do not employ, insure, or vouch for any cleaner.

Subscription & billing

Plans renew monthly at the displayed price. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Trial accounts have 14 days of full access at no cost.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have permission to share each cleaner's phone number with us.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of property addresses, gate codes, and iCal URLs you provide.
• You are responsible for verifying that messages were received and that cleaning was completed.

Limits of liability

TurnoverPilot is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver every message reliably, but we cannot guarantee SMS delivery (carrier outages, blocked numbers, etc.) and are not liable for missed cleanings, guest complaints, or related damages.
